Los (Elk) Rest and Recuperation Center is within the Moscow city boundary and occupies a six hectare territory of the well-known Losiniy Ostrov National park. The park is an oldest in Russia wildlife reserve, specially protected area for plants and animals. In the time of the Romanovs dynasty the Tzar"s Court used the are as a favorable place for hunting elks, wolves, foxes and other animals.
Age-old mixed forest of coniferous and deciduous trees, quietude of nature, fresh air on the territory of the Center create perfect conditions for having a real rest. A great advantage of the Center is being located between Medvedkovo and Babushkinskaya Metro Station, because it takes only half an hour to get there from the center of Moscow.
A two-story building placed on the protected territory houses 17 hotel rooms and a separately located cottage has two rooms (for three and two persons). At the guests’ disposal there are a cafe for 70 persons, banqueting halls for conducting any corporate events, festivities, weddings ets.
For those who prefer to have an active rest there is a volleyball ground and Russian billiards, lovers of relaxation may always use one of two saunas. Picturesque picnic grounds have the necessary equipment to prepare genuine shashliks. Guests’ cars will be placed on the protected parking-lot.

The hotel is located only 9 kilometers form Moscow Beltway (MKAD) along Leningradskoye highway in close proximity to Sheremetyevo airport. Hotel Planernoye stays on the hillside surrounded by picturesque forest on the banks of a beautiful natural lake and quiet Skhodnya river.
The building of Planernoye hotel was designed by the famous Soviet architect Ilya Chernyavsky in 1970-s. The architect built it as a system of complex composition links based on a constant change of space forms. Six of eight floors of the building have been refurbished in 2005 – 2006. At present the hotel offers 197 comfortable rooms of various categories (standard, deluxe, junior suite and suite) equipped with all modern amenities (en0suite bathroom with shower or bath, colour TV, phone, balcony, lake or forest view).

The hotel is an ideal venue for both indoor and outdoor corporate events such as training sessions, conferences, team building, conventions, various themed parties. We have a range fo facilities including conference and congress rooms (Congress Hall – 450 seats, Lecture Hall – 120 seats, Library Hall – 60 seats, Hall East – 30 seats plus two smaller conference rooms 40 sq. m each). The restaurant can accommodate up to 600 persons for buffet and 350 persons for seated gala dinner.
